Mood board, U of A Colour Theory assignment, a green condo for a young professional couple. March 2009.
The inspiration for the uncluttered, modern natural design aesthetic of this project was the Missoni-style woven fabric, which suggested an analogous colour scheme personalized with blue-green accents inspired by the clients’ travels. Products specified include Eurocork cork tile flooring, Nature’s Carpet natural wool area rugs, travertine tile, rattan blinds, Benjamin Moore Aura paint in AF-80 ‘Jute’ and AF-430 ‘Wasabi’, Graham & Brown Superfresco wallpaper, and fabrics from Fabricland.
