Digital mood board for a Modern Eclectic rental condominium

These mood boards show a modern eclectic design with a triadic colour scheme for clients who are moving to a green rental condo in Nashville, TN, and were created as a U of A Drawing Drafting & Presentation project. (In this case, the clients are real people, but the situation is fictitious.) Products specified include ‘existing’ 0-VOC paint and Plyboo bamboo plank flooring, Interface FLOR ‘Modern Mix’ carpet tiles, vintage walnut Danish Modern furniture, furniture made from reclaimed lumber (by Brent Comber and Moe Design Studio) and recycled aluminum (Emeco’s 1955 chairs), ecoupholstery from Greener Lifestyles, Tord Boontje’s ‘Until Dawn’ tyvek window panels, Marimekko print cushions, and CFL- and LED-compatible lighting from Ikea. Drafted plan of apartment, and elevations in other views, lightly rendered in pencil crayon. Dec 2008.
